CGL group, a subsidiary of Société Générale, chose to expand mobility resources through the use of Good Technology's Good for Enterprise solution,
"Good for Enterprise is the solution that meets all our criteria and can support future mobility development within the CGL group," said Bertrand Méens, systems security manager for the CGL group.
The company launched a voluntary BYOD program to save both the employees and CGL group money, as employees had access to lower-cost phone plans unavailable to businesses and CGL would pay part of their phone costs.
Through use of the Good for Enterprise solution, CGL group information, including email, contacts and company intranet, can be accessed securely on employee’s phones in professional data “containers.”
Good for Enterprise is now used on more than 100 CGL group smartphones and tablets.
