D&H Distributing said it has won a majority of the categories in the 2012 ASCII Group Distribution Survey for the fourth consecutive year. D&H has been named a favorite among broadline distributors every year since the study was first conducted by ASCII in 2009.
The ASCII Group Distribution Survey is based on a poll of more than 100 random group members asking their supply preferences in a total of 14 categories. D&H won seven and tied two of those 14 categories, for a total of nine top marks among the broadline distributors named in the survey. This is more than any other distributor received in this classification.
D&H won/tied categories in the following ASCII Group Distribution Survey categories:
Accurate shipping
Adequate credit provided
Convenience of warehouses (tied)
Ease of doing business
Knowledgeable and helpful sales reps
Product availability (tied)
Quick issue resolution
Timely shipment
Web site ease-of-use
D&H was also the winner in the 2012 ASCII Cup competition as Top Distributor, a distinction that is voted upon by ASCII members at regional events throughout the year.
