Canon U.S.A. MPS Program Aims to Save SMBs up to 30% in Printing Costs

Canon U.S.A. has joined the Managed Print Services realm with the launch of its new MPS program known as imageCLASS Printonomics. The program is designed

for resellers enrolled in its imageCLASS Premier Partner Program.By joining up with PrintFleet, the imageCLASS Printonomics program will provide participating Premier Partner resellers, including IT value-added resellers, copier dealers and solution providers, with access to device monitoring services, as well as tools to get started, including complementary device licenses and access to sales and technical support from both Canon U.S.A. and PrintFleet.

“The imageCLASS Printonomics program has been co-developed by Canon U.S.A. and PrintFleet to provide resellers a unique, easy entry to Managed Print Services,” Chris McFarlane, PrintFleet’s President and CEO, said in a media statement. “Canon U.S.A. recognizes that high-quality device data is required for a services reseller to compete effectively and create exceptional value for their customers.”

Participating resellers will have access to print device data through a 24-hour portal that enables resellers to proactively manage their customers' fleets and perform service and meter billing, opening the door to efficient automation of a variety of essential business processes.

To uncover device replacement opportunities, participating resellers can leverage a large set of standard and customizable reports and consult with the imageCLASS solutions marketing team for pre-sales support. Qualified resellers will have access to special MPS-level discounts available through participating Distributors that offer imageCLASS laser printers and multifunction devices, consumables, accessories and/or extended warranties. Leasing terms are available through Canon Financial Services.
