other benefits, Fusion allows companies to dramatically increase the attachment size limitations of their existing email service. Through a patent pending process, Fusion requires no software or change in how email attachments are sent. Users simply send large files directly from their existing email program. The benefit extends to every device whether email is sent from a desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
Mail2Cloud Fusion works by integrating the company’s email system with the company’s cloud storage service of choice (ex. Box, OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.). When the user sends an email with an attachment, Mail2Cloud automatically uploads the attachment to the sender’s cloud storage account and replaces the original file with a secure link to the file in the message.
