First – here’s his front facing story (and it’s a good one).
Passionate about technology since childhood, I've transformed that lifelong interest into a thriving venture as the owner and leader of an Atlanta-based Managed Service Provider (MSP). At our company, we're dedicated to handling our clients' intricate IT needs, allowing them to concentrate on their core business operations.
One of the defining moments in my journey was the completion of the Harvard Cybersecurity and Incident Response program,
where I gained invaluable insights into fortifying digital landscapes against evolving threats. Drawing from this expertise, we prioritize robust security measures at our MSP, ensuring our clients' data remains safeguarded at all times.
As one of the pioneering IT companies offering managed services, we take pride in fostering enduring client connections. My experience spans eras—from the era where a home PC was a distant aspiration to the present ubiquity and integration of IoT devices. Through it all, my enthusiasm for all things IT remains unwavering, and I eagerly anticipate the innovations that lie ahead. Join me in shaping the future of technology.

Here are the highlights of our conversation:
- We go back to the ‘day with Windows Small Business Server (SBS)
- Todd went to the original SMB Nation 2003 conference in Indianapolis IN. He’s one of the few that did that!
- We both agree that the “community” is different today.
- Today – his COMPANY is an MSP in Atlanta. Started as a system builder.
- Loves RoarCon and tagged it was 100+ MSPs. Enjoyed extra time with the vendors.
- We talked about the rotating room concepts.
- I asked if the vendors were “respectful” to the audience and didn’t go car salesman on the audience. “Then vendors have been providing great information.” Holloway shared.
- Let’s talk events. Holloway goes to about three events per year led by IT Nation (and misses SMB Nation hehe)
- We conclude talking about the relationship with Microsoft but I’m now putting that in print lol. You’ll have to listen to the podcast HERE.
