Always a pleasure to meet up with Michelle Accardi, CEO of Liongard. Been a hot minute since we spoke and this is an update for the thriving ISV in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Managed Services Space (MSP). Whole bunches of change goin’ on since we last did a podcast in November 2023 at ConnectWise as she celebrated one year in the CEO role (see the link to this interview in the Resources section at the bottom).
High-level thoughts
- She shares her background that goes back to CA (Computer Associates) and we were likely in the same meeting(s) back in the SBS days when CA went to market with ONE – a security protection solution for SMBs and SBS.
- She clarified my confusion if this is not an Austin-based company but it’s actually out of Houston. There is a significant presence in Tampa.
- Asset Intelligence Platform that “provides a data link that gives you all the answers to all the questions about your business platforms.” Accardi shared.
