Reporting from the recent GTIA ChannelCon event in San Diego, we caught up with the spirited Coro team of Heather Harlos and Benjamin Morrell and Demetrios Georgiouto to help understand what’s up at Coros. They have been making big moves since friend of the family Joe Sykora arrived as CEO 17+ months ago.
Let’s get started.
Heather’s job is to lead programs and enablement as a Global Vice President. Two things stand out currently is a current emphasis on geography emphasis on Australia (my fav!) plus all global regions including NorAM, EMEA, APAC et. There is equal energy in the software engineering area to enhance the product stack. Coro is not just a back-up company no more!
Looking at the second half of 2026, Harlos shared that Coro is entering OEM relationship to fill a couple gaps. The goal is one interface and one engine. Coro isn’t talkin’ acquisitions right now.
Back to geography. The WW HQ is in Chicago with offices in Israel, Australia and the UK. Many employees work remotely (Harlos lives in South Carolina.)
