About 12 months ago, SMB Nation and Vocalocity teamed up on a partnership in which the hosted PBX provider would offer our company phone services for all of its employees at its Bainbridge Island, WA headquarters, and also those who work out of their home offices.Following the agreement, which Harrybbb discussed in detail with the Vocalocity team, SMB Nation was a happy customer, and the two companies have since decided to continue the relationship. “For the past 12 months, both I and SMB Nation staffers have been using the Vocalocity phone system, and we are more than pleased with the results,” Harry said. “From the cost savings, productivity and time-saving aspects, the relationship has definitely (and continues to be) been a “win-win” for both sides.”
From the Vocalocity side, the provider has enjoyed their own benefits form the relationship with SMB Nation by way of tapping into our community, of which is a sweet spot for the VoIP phone service provider. “We have found that when it comes to our phone systems, the most appealing thing for the customer is the cost savings, as well as being able to utilize a full-featured business-class PBX phone system at a savings of 50 to 80 percent less than a traditional hard-wired phone system,” said Kyle Johnson, Vocalocity’s VP of Sales.
Johnson added that the Vocalocity system is also beneficial to SMBs, because of its mobility aspect, which is something that is of most importance for SMBs who cannot afford the interruption of service. “You can literally take your desk phone and take it anywhere in the world and just plug it in, and it will function anywhere as if you were in your office. All features and functions work the same,” Johnson said.
For those interested in learning more about Vocalocity, the company will also be exhibiting and sponsoring this year’s SMB Nation Fall Conference, so if you are attending the event in October, be sure to stop by the company’s booth on the show floor.
