More news today from the Enterprise Connect 2013 event in Orlando, FL as Unified Office, a cloud MSP, launched their Total Connect Now solution. Total Connect Now was designed by Unified Office for use in SMB environments, and is built to help organizations embrace BYOD.
According to Unified Office, the Total Connect Now solution is based in a private-cloud and will extend an organization’s office desktop features to any brand of tablet or smartphone, through use of HTML5 and WebRTC. In particular, employees are able to access fax capabilities, visual voicemail, instant messaging and audio/visual conferencing. Unified Office provides 24/7 monitoring and backup for this solution.
