Late last week, Passportal, Inc. announced that their software will integrate with Autotask, which will allow MSPs to synchronize resources and accounts between the two solutions. This integration announcement is a foreshadowing of Passportal Inc.’s company mission for the coming year.
“We are thrilled to announce this integration with Autotask, and we are confident in our ability to provide a streamlined password management system for Autotask partners,” said Colin Knox, Chief Executive Officer, Passportal Inc. “The integration allows MSPs currently using Autotask to automatically generate Passportal accounts for their employees. Further to the synchronization of clients and users, IT support staff will have complete access to client passwords from any service ticket within Autotask.”
Passportal is best known for their cloud-based solution designed to store, protect and manage MSP passwords. They currently protect tens of thousands of these passwords via SSAE 16 Type II certified data centers.
