MSP firm TechSquad IT announced today that Chris Wiser, the company’s Founder and CEO, will be the subject of a documentary film titled, “The IT Guy,” which will be broadcast on a nationally syndicated cable television channel on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at 7:30 am EST/6:30 am CST.

By adding Dropbox for Business to its selection of technology services, the Milwaukee-based MSP will now be able to provide its SMB clients with file sharing and collaboration tools that will help streamline and organize their daily business processes. With Kaseya being the third RMM in the last month to announce its acquisition, obviously, just like the Level Platforms and N-able acquisitions, the RMM’s partners have many questions, concerns and feelings of: “So, what do I do now?”
I spoke to newly hired Kaseya CEO Yogesh Gupta yesterday about this, and he said (in a related blog post) that MSPs need not to worry, and that any concerns they have will be addressed.
