Greetings SMB Nation!

Harry here. I am pleased to announce that we’ve opened up Spring quarter as part of our MSP Tech Talk education series. It’s complimentary and you can discover more and register HERE.

As a established community, we strive to deliver unbiased and independent content and resources to those how work with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 (and beyond). Our academic lecture series is based on content is king/queen first and foremost. And our relevancy is based on selecting topics that are of interest.

For the six-part MSP Tech Talk Spring quarter, we are focused on the most dynamic matter in our industry right now: securely setting up remote workers. This is the new normal and will necessitate a new play book moving forward. I recently wrote a blog HERE where I proclaimed the remote office/remote worker setup is a 36-month IT opportunity.

However – I now believe the remote work will be the new normal moving forward. Late last week a poll from CNBC showing many workers love working remotely and don’t want to return to the office. Read about it HERE and the message is clear – IT support has changed forever.
