Take a peak at http://www.qwestconnectthedots.com/, a just-launched small business resource center presented by Denver, CO-based Qwest Communications.
The site, live today, contains a wealth of resources for small businesses. You will see catalog definitions of products and/or services on the site, of course, but the resource center will also include "how to" information of tech use in business.
Case studies, white papers, check-lists are some of the informational elements now featured on its pages.
Designed for use by MSPs, VARs and even the small businesses they serve, the evolving site will expand before your eyes, showcasing business-development tricks and tips.
We recently spoke to Michael Call, director of small business marketing at Qwest, about the site and its impending launch.
He and Stephanie Copeland, VP and General Manager of small business, also at Qwest, are both very invested in sharing knowledge that will help SMB Nation and its customers gain market share and profitability.
Call told SMB Nation “there is an overwhelming amount of technology decisions to be made by small businesses. This new website is intended to organize and help simplify technology in a way that makes technology more consumable by small businesses.
“As business owners learn more, they reach further. This site will help them gain expertise and take advantage of technology.
The knowledge base includes a wide variety of tech-related subjects, and ... Yay!... case studies!
See you there!
