Pricing
SMBnation is grateful to our Alumni and has worked out special pricing in appreciation for their continued support. If you are not Alumni, we welcome you and hope that you too become one of our satisfied Alumni. You will enjoy a substantial discount at the future SMBnation events that you attend.
Note: SMBnation is excited to annouce that we are sposoring your accomodations this year at the host hotel with check in on April 30th, 2010 and check out May 2nd, 2010. That's right! Your Hotel is INCLUDED!

Planning and executing an event such as this is a daunting task and although we have one of the best event coordinators in the industry, last minute registrations always present a challenge. That is why we invite you to register early and receive a substantial "Early Bird" discount for doing so. When you register early, you allow us to plan and execute more effectively.

Special Pricing
Discounts for the SMBnation conference are available for groups of 3 or more, alumni, organized affiliated groups, such as user groups, technology groups and more. For more information and or to receive a discount code please email pattip@smbnation.com with the following information:

NOTE: These discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company within a 24 hour period.
Payment Plan
We are excited to offer conference attendees the option of a payment plan. We are happy to offer you a payment plan of $99.00 per attendee per month. Please note that payments will be charged against your credit card on the 15th of each month. For your final payment we will charge the entire amount if the remainder of the payment is $20 more than a regular payment. If you would like to use the payment plan option please indicate this during your registration.
Example:
2 attendees X $99 each = $198
3 attendees X $99 each = $297
Cancellations
All requests for cancellation must be sent by e-mail to pattip@smbnation.com. Requests must be received by the cancellation deadline to qualify for a refund. A cancellation-processing fee of $50 will be charged for each cancellation request. After April 1st, we can only refund 50% of the original paid fee.
Acts of God & Military Events
SMBnation will apply your conference registration fees to a future SMBnation event in case of Acts of God or military events including terrorism. SMBnation is not responsible for refunding your travel and accommodation expenses.
Please note that the above cancellation policy is only applicable to the conference. All other cancellations need to be made with the contracting company.
Attire
Participants are encouraged to wear business casual attire.
