As 1Q nears its end, what better time to reflect on the SMB channel? Nearly 25% of the year has already passed! Signals abound from the field that results are mixed at best. Weekly I have confidential phone calls with long-time MSPs who are looking to pivot or perish. Analysts vary from bullish to bearish. And how does consolidation factor into all this conversation. Time to dust of the MBA and get down and dirty.
